 Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in saleable condition (in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached)

In some cases the item you wish to exchange for may not be in stock, and we will notify you if this is the case. In this situation we will offer you a refund for the item given its in the 30 day period.

Please note: All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.

Upon dispute, Alma reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.

Refund policy 

• You can return your order for a refund within 30 days of receipt of goods.  
• Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to process.  
• Refunds can only be made to the card used to purchase the items.

If your parcel is damaged, you must report this to us within 48hrs and supply a photograph of the damage. 

Exchange policy 

• You can return your order for an exchange subject to stock availability within 30 days of receipt of goods.

• Please allow up to 14 working days for an exchange to process.
• Exchanges only apply for items of the same price.

Please clearly mark “RETURNED ITEMS” on the package to prevent any potential customs charges. Fill out our returns form that was included with the order and clearly state the reason for your return or if lost write it and place inside order. 

We strongly advise you retain the proof of postage receipt as we do not take responsibility for any returns that go missing in transit.
