Returns & Exchanges


 Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in saleable condition (in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached)

In some cases the item you wish to exchange for may not be in stock, and we will notify you if this is the case. In this situation we will offer you a refund for the item given its in the 30 day period.

Please note: All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.

Upon dispute, Alma reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.

International returns: Outside UK

How to return:

To begin the process of returning your International order submitted through our shipping partner, Global-E, please click the link below

 International Returns Portal

You will be prompted to enter the order number and email address associated with the order. Thereafter, you may select your item(s) for return and instantly generate your return shipping label which will be deducted from your refund if shown.

For International returns, customers will be refunded the equal amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus the return shipping label

Please clearly mark “RETURNED ITEMS” on the package to prevent any potential customs charges

Important: Duties and customs paid at the check-out are considered non-refundable by Alma de Ace. You will need to reach your local customs agency to further process a duties/customs refund.


UK Domestic Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for our domestic UK orders.

To exchange an item, first request a return authorisation via the link below and then simply follow the instructions.

Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.

International Exchanges 

We do not offer exchanges for our International orders.

We only offer refunds. 

You will be able to submit for a refund and then you can order a new order on our website. This is to avoid any unexpected duties on taxes when sending out again. 

 Please note 

  • Items tagged final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
