To give you more flexibility over the gifting season, all purchases made from 1st December benefit from an extended returns window.
Exchanges and store credit
Orders are eligible for exchanges or store credit until 31 January, so you can swap sizes or choose an alternative item using our gift card service.
Refunds
Refunds remain available within 30 days of delivery, in line with our standard policy.
